The repair process was smooth from start to finish. The team kept me informed throughout the process, completed the repairs in a timely manner, and my vehicle looks great. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Thank you for making a stressful situation much easier.

I've used Caliber Collision in Boca Raton three times (only once was it driver error!) and the quality of their work and customer service could not be higher! Their schedule is always completed as promised and the progress reports were very timely. Above all the flawless repairs stands the quality care exhibited by the front staff and service advisor. Couldn't be happier.

Mike and staff at Caliber are consummate professionals. Friendly and informative, our repairs were completed in a timely manner, with regular updates on progress. The staff made the entire process seamless and easy, from drop off to rental car coordination to pick up. I highly recommend Caliber Collision without hesitation.

My experience was great. All staff members did a great job being super transparent and informative towards the process. Aubrey, front desk- was an absolute sweetheart. I had Mike take care of me with car services- he was fantastic! Straight forward, attentive, and kindly delivered all updates to me to always stay in the loop. My car looked like it was fresh out the dealership, to say the least. Took a 2 week process, but it was well worth the wait!

Michael provided outstanding service from start to finish. From the moment I met him through the day he handed my keys back, everything was handled with professionalism, clarity, and care. He kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. Overall, excellent service. I would highly recommend both Michael and Caliber Collision.
